I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on the banks of the river was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the breathtaking views every morning. The staff here went above and beyond to make my experience truly wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, they provided excellent customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. Plus, the food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner were a delight!

Had a good stay here. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a magnificent view. The staff was efficient, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service was all in all great! Location: the hotel was close enough to other sites worth seeing, all the local tourist attractions, particularly the Kruger Park and Sabi River Sun Resort. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Perry's Bridge Reptile Park.
Had pretty expensive breakfast, it might be way much better.

I couldn't have chosen a better location for my vacation. This hotel is situated close to the South African wonders such as God's window, and it's also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, it's the perfect starting point for lots of activities, and it's located near Phabeni gate, which makes it very easy to visit the Kruger national park. The hotel facilities are modern, and the cleanliness is excellent. I must mention the breakfast which was absolutely fantastic; the variety of meals is simply amazing. The hotel staff is the highlight for sure: they are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Mavis, who went out of her way to ensure I had the perfect stay.
Almost perfect!

This resort is a fantastic location for both relaxation and adventure. Being close to the Kruger Park gate, guests can easily visit the park and see the Big Five. It is also near to shops, restaurants, and other places of interests. the resort offers a beautiful 18-hole golf course and an opportunity to see hippopotami and crocodiles in a shared pool. The bungalows, spa, and pools are well-appointed and maintained.
Some guests have mentioned issues with ice delivery, loose bed legs, and billing system for drinks.

The resort location is surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife nearby, giving guests access to a unique and authentic experience. The pool area is well-maintained and the perfect spot for families to relax and have fun. The breakfast serves a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, something for everyone's taste buds.
The bathroom needed some attention for deep cleaning, dirty tiles and peeling paint. While the overall decor of the resort was nice, some of the facilities were outdated.

Our recent stay at a well-maintained resort was truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to surrounding towns and Kruger Park. We loved relaxing by the pool and playing golf on the great course. It was also a treat to listen to the sounds of hippos from our chalet at Hippo Hollow. The resort offered a peaceful and idyllic setting, making it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel.
